Before we moved from Mississippi we met this great family who also moved to Oregon! Can you believe that?!
Anyway, we were invited by this great family (also known as the Dalton family living in Oregon) to join them on an adventure to the Portland Zoo. I thought I had more pictures, but you can trust me that we had a great time.

Neither of the kids was too sure about this horse, but they humored me and tolerated a picture anyway.
We are so thankful for the connection that God provided with the Dalton family. It's nice to be able to talk to some native southerners!
