We had so much fun at the fair when my parents were here, that we decided to try another little adventure, so we headed to the Jackson Zoo. It's not the most amazing zoo in the country, but it has some great animals. And the most important part--we got to be together!
Isaiah and I checked out the ducks from the gopher hole. Not sure about that combination, but it was fun.

And Nadia was happy as long as she was being held and played with, which someone was always happy to do.
We've been able to enjoy some other trips to the zoo since then. Being able to have a place to walk around so much outside has helped us in our adjustment back to America. Probably sounds strange, so maybe I'll post about that sometime.

The zoo is my favorite place to go with the girls. I could spend every day there!
haha my mom just told me that we used to like to go to the Jackson zoo too! were there still peacocks just walking around?
